Restaurant manager: Starting in May 2026 or by arrangement
As a restaurant manager, you will lead our service team with commitment, oversight and a strong focus on service. You will ensure that everything runs professionally and cordially in the restaurants and will be the first point of contact for guests and employees. With your expertise, you will train and motivate your team, exemplify quality standards and ensure a harmonious, high-quality guest experience. You will coordinate daily service operations, work closely with the F&B manager and actively contribute to the further development of our service concepts. Your hospitable personality, organisational skills and passion for excellent service make you an important pillar of hospitality at the Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.

Host Scalottas Terroir

As an experienced restaurant manager, you will work as a host or hostess at Scalottas Terroir. You will welcome guests with a warm smile and be responsible for their overall care. You will assist the host of Scalottas Terroir, Head Chef Hansjörg Ladurner, in compiling the wine and drinks list, maintain close contact with regional suppliers and winegrowers alongside him, and support the entire team in the area of sustainability. Our restaurant has its own field where we grow and harvest the produce we use to treat our guests. We greatly value your enthusiasm for regional produce and your help in the field.
We place great value on your training in the hotel and catering industry, your initial experience in upmarket dining, and your further training or interest in wine, regional produce and sustainability. Hamam - pleasure, cleansing and relaxation. You look after our guests in the hamam from start to finish and ensure a smooth, deeply relaxing process. Our guests can really let themselves go with you. With a wide range of knowledge of various massages, you ensure regeneration after sport or a deep sense of well-being. Saturday class: ‘Fit in the Morning’
Would you like to teach, either as a temporary instructor or on a regular basis? We offer a wide range of options that can be combined: bodyweight strength training, back exercises and much more. Our focus is on the individual – we tailor our approach to you and your abilities. You can expect a well-equipped and newly renovated exercise room, as well as a young and motivated team. It is important to us that you have the relevant training and experience.

Technician

As a technical employee, you will support the Head of Technology in maintaining the properties, equipment, seminar technology and locking systems. You will check the company vehicles and rooms for technical maintenance and independently take care of necessary and reported repairs and renovation work. You have sound training in a technical profession, for example as a plumber, electrician or carpenter, have a strong affinity for technology and are willing to work on-call and weekend shifts.

Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d)

Following the retirement of our Head of Housekeeping, we are looking for a committed and experienced Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d). As Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d), you will lead the housekeeping team at the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide with structure, quality awareness and a keen sense of cleanliness and order. You will bring experience in housekeeping, confidently organise and coordinate your team, and ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards at all times. In addition to budget, material and resource planning, you will be responsible for supervising and training our apprentices. With your reliability, eye for detail and enthusiasm for hospitality, you will be a perfect fit for the Schweizerhof team.

Babysitter

You are empathetic, enjoy working with children and are flexible. As a babysitter on request from our guests, you are responsible for the loving care of children under 2 years of age – both during the day and in the evening. You accompany the children wherever is most convenient for the family: in the kids' club, in the hotel room or outside in the fresh air. With your open, warm manner, you create a trusting atmosphere in which both children and parents feel completely at ease.
