We guarantee that you can check into your room from 4.00 pm. Of course you can also use our BergSpa earlier and store your luggage at the reception.

The room is at your disposal until 11.00 am. If you wish to stay longer, please contact the reception (tel. 111). If the room is not occupied on the same day, a late check-out is possible. We are happy to store your luggage for longer. You can also use our BergSpa wellness oasis later on your day of departure.

Are you planning to leave before 07.00 am? Then we ask you to settle the bill the evening before. We will be happy to prepare a packed lunch for your journey home. Please order this at reception the evening before.

For electrical appliances from Germany, France, Austria etc. you can obtain an adapter for a deposit. Please contact the reception (Tel. 111).

Please let us know if you suffer from allergies (e.g. milk or flour allergy) so that we can tailor the food to your needs. Our bed linen is also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Our library from the turn of the century (1913) is one of the most beautiful rooms in the hotel. It also serves as a games room for all guests. You will find chess and moules tables, various parlour games and great literature.

In our fitness room, you can train your body holistically using the new Kinesis method. The unique Kinesis training device consists of pulleys with movable pulleys for the ropes. The handles for the hands and the cuffs for the feet are also movable. This enables three-dimensional training. More than 250 targeted exercises and movements to improve strength, flexibility and stability can be performed on the Kinesis training device.

We are happy to spoil you from 7.30 am to 11.00 am (on Sunday until 12 noon) at our  rich buffet with many healthy products from the Central Grisons region. Would you like to have breakfast earlier? Then let us know. We are also happy to prepare a packed lunch for early departures. Please order at reception the evening before.

Our hotel has an underground car park. Reserve your parking space in the garage for a surcharge of CHF 25 per night. You will receive the garage key at the reception.

The best exchange rates are available at the bank branches in Lenzerheide (GKB, Raiffeisen). Outside bank opening hours, you can also exchange small amounts at our reception (hotel rate).

Please enquire at reception (tel. 111) or in the restaurant (tel. 3912) about our half-board offer, which changes daily.

Your pets are welcome for a daily surcharge of CHF 25.00 per night. You will receive a nice blanket from us, but no food. You will find "doggy bags" throughout the hotel complex. We kindly ask you not to bring pets to breakfast. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Alpenchic rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which cannot be individually regulated. If it is too cold for you, please contact reception. We will be happy to put a radiator in your room. The radiators in the Nostalchic and Budget rooms can be regulated.

Hygiene articles (shaving set, toothbrush, shower cap and conditioner) are available at the reception.

If you have your own laptop with you, you can obtain a Lan cable for free Internet access at the reception (in the Alpenchic and Nostalchic rooms). Free W-Lan is available in all guest rooms. You can log in to the "guest-schweizerhof" network without a password by selecting it and then pressing accept.

On request, we can provide you with a cot and the required children's equipment (changing mat etc.) for your little ones.

We look after children from the age of 2 free of charge for 7 days a week (including meals, so please book in advance). The play options are varied, the equipment is regularly checked and our carers are constantly undergoing further training. We cannot accept sick children. Please remain contactable in case of separation anxiety. For individual care of children under the age of 2, please enquire about our private babysitting service.

From 10.30 p.m. to 6.45 a.m., reception is staffed by our night porter.

We do everything we can to make your night's sleep as comfortable as possible. However, the hotel is located in the centre of the village of Lenzerheide. It can therefore happen that "night owls" have little regard for your sleep. If you need "Oropax" for a peaceful night's sleep, the reception will be happy to help you.

The Ortsmuseum Vaz/Obervaz is located in Zorten. It displays interesting exhibits on the historical and touristic development of our region. Enquire at reception about the seasonal opening hours.

A limited number of free outdoor parking spaces are located behind the hotel. We are happy to provide you with an underground car park for a fee of CHF 25 per night (limited number of spaces).

You will receive stamps at reception and can hand in your post at reception. Guest mail will be brought to your room.

You will enjoy your stay in a non-smoking room. We kindly ask you to smoke outside.

Scalottas Terroir - the gourmet concept. We cultivate a terroir cuisine with regional products from natural production. We source our ingredients from suppliers who share our philosophy of sustainability. The Scalottas Terroir is located 200 metres from the Hotel Schweizerhof (in the direction of Tiefencastel).

We will be happy to serve you various meals and drinks in your room. Information is available at the reception (Tel. 111).

Our room service conditions (daily from 11.30 am to 9 pm):

For the service of breakfast in the hotel room we charge CHF 15.
For the service of drinks we charge you a one-off amount of CHF 5.

Our guests are requested to deposit valuables and jewellery, large sums of money and securities in the room safe. In the event of a burglary, your valuables in the room safe are insured as follows: travel effects and jewellery to the value of CHF 20,000, including monetary assets (cash, securities, savings books, gold coins, etc.) to the value of CHF 5,000.

Our hotel has seminar rooms for groups of 5 to 80 people. We would be happy to show you our rooms and the technical facilities (ADSL network, acoustics, lighting, wireless microphone) on a personal tour.

Would you like to surprise your loved ones at home with Graubünden specialities? Here's our tip:
At the breakfast buffet you will find order cards for products directly from the farm (nut tarts, pear bread, Totenbeinli etc.). Reception will be happy to order these for you. Everything will be ready for you to collect on your day of departure. We will also be happy to draw your attention to the products in our Spensa/ pantry in the Scalottas/Terroir restaurant. A wonderful opportunity for fine gifts.

If possible, use the free sports bus instead of your car during the high season. The bus stop is directly opposite our hotel.

You have the option of doing your own washing. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use in houses 1 and 4. Our reception team will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Cotton buds or cotton swabs can be ordered at reception. We will be happy to bring them to your room.

Leave everyday life behind you. Visit our unique BergSpa at the Hotel Schweizerhof Lenzerheide, a 1500 m2 wellness oasis with a wide range of wellness and care programmes.

You will find bathrobes and a wellness bag with cosy bath towels in all of our rooms. For reasons of sustainability (resources, transport routes, etc.), we do not provide slippers. Beautiful and durable slippers can be purchased at the reception for CHF 5.

We also have bathrobes for children and teenagers.
