For half-board guests who appreciate a particularly quiet atmosphere, we recommend the Arvenstube and in the Allegra and Stübli in the Allegra we spoil families with teenagers. The Restaurant 7078/Winter Garden is our half-board restaurant for families with children.

Have you ever seen a drinks menu where you can only find drinks from Swiss producers? Visit our café | bar with terrace. You'll be amazed at what Switzerland has to offer and see and be seen - our terrace in the centre of Lenzerheide is perfect for this. Drink apple juice from Central Swiss apples with the "Hochstamm Suisse" label. Savour a deliciously aromatic coffee, the fair-trade beans of which are roasted for us in the Engadin by the highest roasting plant in Europe. Or savour our wide selection of high-quality Swiss whisky, Swiss vodka, Swiss gin and other Swiss spirits. As you can see, sustainability is not just an empty word for us, but a deed.

Scalottas Terroir
Forget the starter, main course and dessert for once. Put together your own menu and combine your culinary journey through Graubünden as you wish. "Terroir" is our passion at Restaurant Scalottas. Head chef Hansjörg Ladurner (16 points GaultMillau) works exclusively with regional, natural products from farmers and producers we know personally. Since 2021, his cuisine has even been awarded the green MICHELIN star and in 2025 with two stars from Bio Cuisine.

From Tuesday 1 September to Wednesday 5 October, our restaurant will be open from Thursday to Saturday. From Tuesday 6 October to Saturday 17 October, we will be open for you again from Tuesday to Saturday.

We are proud of our drinks menu, as we source all our products exclusively from Swiss producers. Many products are of organic quality and many also come from our region - sustainability is very important to us.
