More than just a look behind the scenes
PROMOTION OF YOUNG TALENT
For three days, young people helped out at our hotel as part of our new "Schweizerhof behind the scenes" hotel camp. The pilot project aims to improve the image of the industry and, in the best-case scenario, generate new talent.
To spark young people's interest in a career in the hotel industry, our team organised a hotel camp for high school students and their parents. Over the course of three days, the 11 to 14-year-olds were given an insight into the hotel world and actively participated in the work. Their parents, in turn, were able to see their children's skills and the advantages of a career in the hotel industry for themselves as guests.
