More than just a glimpse behind the scenes

SUPPORTING YOUNG TALENT

Over the course of three days, young people helped out at our hotel as part of our innovative ‘Schweizerhof behind the scenes’ camp. The pilot project aims to improve the industry’s image and, ideally, attract new talent to the sector.

To spark young people’s interest in a career in the hospitality industry, our team organised a hotel camp for secondary school pupils and their parents. Over the course of three days, the 11- to 14-year-olds gained an insight into the world of hospitality and played an active part in the activities. Their parents, meanwhile, were able to experience first-hand, as guests, their children’s skills and the benefits of a career in the hospitality industry.
