How do I get a taster apprenticeship at the Schweizerhof?

Please send us your complete application to hr@schweizerhof-lenzerheide.ch
Name a few preferred dates for your taster apprenticeship (please note that we do not offer taster apprenticeships during the peak season Christmas/New Year, sports holidays in February, Easter, summer holidays and autumn holidays).
Let us know which profession you are interested in and why.
After reviewing your application, we will set the date for your taster apprenticeship, reserve a hotel room for you and send you a confirmation including a personalised schedule for your taster week.

Start summer 2026

Apprenticeship period 3 years, with federal certificate of competence

Very important in service is the joy of guest contact, as well as a positive charisma. As you will be working with food, cleanliness and tidiness are a must. Foreign languages and a good understanding of numbers are also important in everyday dealings with guests. Working in service is a team sport, so we are looking for a team player with good nerves who can deal with hectic situations. You should also be reliable and be able to implement what you have learnt quickly and correctly.

Focus on the hotel industry

Start summer 2026

Apprenticeship period 3 years, with federal certificate of competence

As an EFZ* hotel housekeeping specialist, you will take on a variety of tasks in our hotel. You have a talent for organisation, enjoy working in a team and have a sense of order. You will keep the hotel rooms and lounges clean and work in the in-house laundry. You look after guests at breakfast and banquets and support staff at reception. Specialists ensure that holiday and seminar guests feel completely at ease at the Hotel Schweizerhof.
