In the morning you’ll find our breakfast buffet with an assortment of local specialities
(from 8.00 to 11.00 a.m.).
At lunch you can enjoy our veggie buffet, our Graubünden-style “slow street food” specialities and our unique “Bento-Grischun” offering.
And we’ll sweeten your afternoon with “cake in a jar” and other delicacies.
The beverages we serve are supplied exclusively by Swiss producers.

(pine-panelled parlours) in Lenzerheide. Scalottas Terroir is just 150 metres from Hotel Schweizerhof (on Voa Principala 29 in the direction of Tiefencastel).

Scalottas Carn & Caschiel
In our newly designed restaurant, Scalottas Carn & Caschiel, we serve regional fillets, rib eye, as well as a selection of twelve cheese fondues – from creamy and mild to tangy and tart, with mountain-dairy cheese, Gruyère, Vacherin and goat’s cheese, flavoured with porcini mushrooms, chilli or mountain herbs.
Interior designers Tanja Jörimann and Werner Woodtli have given the restaurant a rustic yet modern ambience.
