A forum for the appreciation of young professionals
The Graubünden hotel, catering and mountain railway industries send out a strong signal of appreciation for their young talent: the exclusive "Forum for Apprentices" takes place every year - this year for the 21st time.
Together with GastroGraubünden, HotellerieSuisse Graubünden, berufehotelgastro, Bergbahnen Graubünden and the Graubünden Health Authority, we welcomed 110 motivated apprentices from Graubünden's catering, hotel and mountain railway industries to the varied networking day at the Hotel Schweizerhof in Lenzerheide on Monday, 9 September 2024.
The "Forum for Learners" offers a valuable platform for exchanging ideas and networking with like-minded people. Under this year's motto "Take care", we presented exciting approaches to promoting mental health. Participants were given practical tips on how to use their resources in a healthy way, both in their professional and private lives. Interactive workshops and varied activities created a stimulating and inspiring atmosphere.
With the "Forum for Apprentices", the industry associations emphasise the importance and appreciation of young talent and actively contribute to this themselves. Marc Tischhauser, Managing Director of GastroGraubünden, commented: "I look forward to this event every year, which has a fixed place in my diary. It's impressive to see how diverse and motivated our young talent in Graubünden is. It fills me with joy to be able to give something back to young people through this event."
