Welcome to our Schweizerhof family, dear Niklas.
Niklas Cadorin started his apprenticeship as a chef with us on 1 August and introduces himself:
"My birthday is 03 February 2007 and my star sign is Aquarius.
Like most Aquarians, I'm optimistic, sociable and outgoing. Sometimes certain things don't go fast enough for me, which in turn means that I can get impatient from time to time.
My hobbies are cooking (I like to experiment), tennis, skiing and sometimes I also like to play. 🙂
In 2019, I came up with the idea of spending Future Day in a profession that I like (cook). So I looked online with my mum to see which company offered a future day in the kitchen. I applied and spent the day in the kitchen at the Schweizerhof. After that day, I realised that I definitely wanted to do an apprenticeship as a chef at the Schweizerhof Lenzerheide. The Schweizerhof Lenzerheide has everything you could wish for! I was allowed to try it out twice and always hoped that I would be allowed to work here one day and now I'm here. :)"
