On 13 November 2025, we were all about the future! As part of National Future Day, we welcomed 12 young people aged from Year 5 to Year 1 to the Schweizerhof Lenzerheide.
Together, we gave them exciting insights into the world of the hotel industry: From the processes at reception and culinary work in the kitchen to the diverse tasks in housekeeping and the organisation behind the scenes. The young talents were also given an insight into sustainability.
Our aim was not only to familiarise the young guests with different job profiles, but also to get them excited about the wide range of opportunities in our industry. Their curiosity, their questions and their commitment made this day an inspiring experience - both for the young people and for our team.
