From 7.30 to 11 a.m. (noon on Sundays), tuck into our sumptuous buffet, with lots of healthy products from the Mittelbünden region. If you would like to have breakfast earlier, just let us know. If you are leaving before breakfast, we would be happy to prepare a packed lunch for you. Please order this from Reception the night before.

You will obtain the best exchange rate at the banks in Lenzerheide (GKB, Raiffeisen). Outside bank opening hours, you can also exchange small amounts at Reception (hotel rate).

We have our own underground car park. You can reserve a parking space for CHF 25 per night. The car park key can be obtained from Reception.

We take care of children aged 2 and over free of charge, 7 days a week (including meals, which is why prior notice is required). A wide range of toys and activities are available, all equipment is regularly checked, and our childcare staff receive regular training. We regret that we cannot accept children who are ill. Please make sure you are contactable in case your child is unhappy to be left with us. For individual childcare for children under 2 years of age, please ask about our private babysitter service.

Our gym is equipped for holistic body workouts using the new kinesis training method. The unique kinesis training equipment uses pulleys with pivoting rollers for the cables. The handgrips and ankle cuffs are also adjustable, enabling three-dimensional exercise. Over 250 specific exercises and movements to improve strength, flexibility and stability can be performed on the kinesis training equipment.

If you have brought your own laptop, you can obtain a LAN cable from Reception for free Internet access (in the Alpenchic and Nostalchic rooms). Free Wi-Fi is provided in all guest rooms. You can log onto the “guest-schweizerhof” network without a password by selecting the network and clicking on accept.

Newspapers and magazines from around the world, postcards, tobacco products and films can be purchased from the kiosk, which is located at the post office opposite.

We are happy to offer you a late check-out, subject to availability.

You will find a price list for our laundry and ironing service with the brown Schweizerhof laundry bag in your cupboard. Please inform Reception or hang the laundry bag with the completed list on the outside of your room door in the morning.

Facilities are available for you to do your own laundry: a washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for your use in Houses 1 and 4. Please contact the front desk if you need any help.

Our library, which dates from the early part of the 20th century (1913) is one of the most beautiful rooms in our hotel. Our guests can also use it to play cards and board games. The room offers tables with chess and nine men’s morris boards, a selection of board games and interesting books.

The museum of local history is in Zorten. It has an interesting display of exhibits showing the history of the region and the development of tourism. Enquire about seasonal opening times at Reception.

A kiosk is located opposite the hotel (post office). A variety of newspapers and magazines are also available for you to read in our restaurant & bar, the lobby lounge and the breakfast room.

A limited number of free outdoor parking spaces are situated at the rear of the hotel. For a charge of CHF 25 per night, we can allocate you a space in our underground car park (limited number of spaces).

You can obtain personal hygiene items (shaving kit, toothbrush, shower cap, conditioner) at Reception.

Your pets are welcome for a small daily charge of CHF 25 per night. We will provide a nice blanket for them, but no food. Poop-scoop bags can be found at numerous locations around the hotel and grounds. We do ask, however, that you do not bring pets with you to breakfast. We apologise for any inconvenience.

There is a pharmacy next to the main entrance to the hotel. Outside of opening hours, you can obtain medicines to treat most common complaints (fever, headache, etc.) from Reception.

Your room is cleaned daily. If you would rather not be disturbed, please hang the Do Not Disturb card on the outside of your door. If you would like your room to be cleaned, please notify Reception.

Our guests are kindly asked to deposit valuables and jewellery, larger sums of money and documents of value in the room safe. In the event of a break-in, your effects in the room safe are insured as follows: travel effects and items of jewellery to the value of CHF 20,000, including monetary items (cash, documents of value, savings books, gold coins etc.) to the value of CHF 5,000.

Scalottas Terroir – the gourmet concept. We have a Terroir kitchen with regional products that are produced in harmony with nature. We source our ingredients from suppliers who share our sustainability philosophy. Scalottas Terroir is just 200 metres from Hotel Schweizerhof (towards Tiefencastel).

Our hotel has seminar rooms for groups of 5 to 80 people. We would be pleased to take you on a personal guided tour of our rooms and the technical facilities (ADSL network, acoustics, lighting and radio microphone).

We do our utmost to ensure you have a peaceful night’s sleep. However, the hotel is located right in the centre of Lenzerheide, so there may be times when late-night revellers show little consideration for sleeping guests. If you need earplugs for an undisturbed night’s sleep, Reception will be happy to oblige.

Would you like to take some local specialities back for your friends and family? Our tip:
At the breakfast buffet there is a form for you to order produce directly from local farms (nut tarts, pear bread etc.). Reception will be happy to place the order for you and everything will be ready for you to pick up when you leave. We would also like to draw your attention to the products available from the pantry in Scalottas Terroir restaurant. A great source of delicious gifts.

During high season, please use the free sports bus instead of your car if possible. The stop is located directly opposite our hotel.
